ICND2: Introducing Routing and Switching in the Enterprise & Designing and Supporting Computer Networks
The Cisco CCNA certification for network associates
validates the ability to install, configure, operate and troubleshoot
medium-sized routed and switched networks, and implement and verify
connections to remote sites in a wide-area network (WAN). The Cisco
Networking Academy CCNA Discovery and CCNA Exploration curricula discuss
basic mitigation of network security threats and provide an introduction to
wireless networking concepts and terminology. These new curricula also
include the following protocols: IP, Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing
Protocol (EIGRP), Serial Line Interface Protocol Frame Relay, Routing
Information Protocol Version 2 (RIPv2), VLANs, Ethernet, and access control
lists (ACLs).
